Returns Policy

In the unlikely event of an issue with print quality we will cover the cost of sending another. You will need to contact us via the Contact link on our website highlighting the print quality issue in words and with a photo along with your order number and we will get in touch to organise for you to return the print to us.

However, if there is an issue outside of our control e.g. the package gets lost, damaged, returned due to incorrect address, we are not in a position to replace your print.
